In the example above I did not use a birthday template, which would have looked much nicer. A video template is the image that surrounds the video and signature box. You can use a custome template of your own, like your company logo or you can chose from tons of great looking templates like christmas templates and fall images templates.

 Contacts:

The contact manager is very simple to use. You click on add new to enter their name and email address and you hve the option to add them to a specific group.

When sending a video by email, you can send it to one person, 2 persons or you can send the video message to 1 group, or more.

As a free member you can send 10 video emails per day.

As a basic member you can send a video message to 50 people at a time and as many as 500 video emails per day.

As a premuim member you can send a video message to 100 contacts at a time and 10 000 video messages per day.

(How To Send A Video By Email?

To send a video by email follow the steps listed below.

Chose a contact:

Start typing the name or email address of the contact you wish to send the video mesage to and click on their it appears. You can do the same if you are sending to a group by typing the name of the group.

Subject line:

Enter your subject.

Body:

Enter your text message.

The above steps are similar to sending a normal text message.

The following steps are based on a video by email system.

Step 1: Choose a video

Click on choose a video and once the page has loaded you will have 3 options to choose from.

Video library:

Click on this option if you wish to choose a video that has already been saved in the video library.

Record A Video:

Click on this option if you wish to record a video and follow the prompts. Once your video has been saved you can either preview or select this recorded video and then click continue.

Upload A Video:

Click on this option if you wish to uplaod a video that you have saved on your computer. Follow the prompts and once you have uploaded the video click on preview or select to choose this video and then click continue.

Step 2: Choose A Template

Click on choosed a template and once the page has loaded you can choose which template you want from the drop down menu. Once you have chosen your template click it and then click save.

Step 3: Signature

Click on signature and once the page has loaded enter your signature in the box and then click ok. Most people like to put their name, company name and website address as their signature.

If you wish to save this signature for future use, simply click on save and give it a name then click save.

If you know html you can also use the html source option located just above the signature box.

 Now you are ready to send your video message.

Simply click on send message and your message will be sent to the contacts you have chosen.
